Founded in 2010, the company offers comprise of a wide range of card solutions, which are used to capture and process the characteristics of individuals to verify their identities-protecting and securing people, property and privacy. Our product line consists of contact and contactless smart card readers, terminal technology, digital identity and transaction platforms, as well as systems that integrate physical and logical access control. 

Our mother company, Newton Integrated Solutions, Inc., established in 1994, has prided itself to be a major player in the IT industry in its commitment to serve the growing demands of its clientele.

In the passing of time, Newton has developed distinct character of dependability and maintaining a mutual partnership with its customers. Newton's business has grown from Automated Information and Data Capture (AIDC), mobile computing systems, consumer products, wireless LAN to access solution and card products.
